Due to the medical nature of our products, returned medications cannot be reintegrated into our pharmacy archive. We accept returns only for non-medicinal wellness products and unopened diagnostic kits within 14 days of delivery.
If a formulation error occurs on our end, Sanjeevani will provide a full refund or an immediate replacement and consultation. Please report any clinical discrepancies to clinical@sanjeevani.care within 24 hours of receipt.
All refund requests undergo an internal chemical and batch audit. This ensures that every refund issued is scientifically justified, maintaining the integrity of our pharmacy system.
Once an audit is complete, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation dispatch from our accounting department.
Clinical Note:
For safety reasons mandated by global health law, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications once they have left our climate-controlled facility.
