By using Sanjeevani, you enter into a professional relationship with our clinical team. You agree to provide accurate medical information and health history. Sanjeevani is not a substitute for your primary care physician, but a clinical partner in your treatment plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Sanjeevani Archivist credentials. We recommend using a unique, strong password and reporting any unauthorized access to our security team immediately at security@sanjeevani.care.

All prescription uploads must be valid and authentic. Sanjeevani pharmacists reserve the right to verify prescriptions with your prescribing physician. We cannot fulfill orders for substances that do not meet our stringent clinical verification protocols.

The aesthetic of 'The Modern Pharmacopoeia', including our branded content and design system, is the intellectual property of Sanjeevani. Any unauthorized use of our visual identity or archived content is strictly prohibited.

While we strive for pharmaceutical perfection, Sanjeevani's liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased. We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical history or misuse of medications.
